Scope of work


As labour contractors, we manage the staff through their entire employment cycle. For the employee, we become the single point of contact and are responsible for all his/her needs with respect to paper-work, finances & other statutory benefits.


  • To start, we audit all mandatory licences & permissions required by the principal employer
  • New joiners, who are either fresh recruits or are transferred from the principal employer are taken through the joining process where all formalities with respect to paper work & documentation is completed. Employees are also oriented towards their benefits & entitlements.
  • All operational work such as attendance, paid & unpaid leaves, loans, salary advances etc. are managed by our specialists. All records are kept in a soft copy format through our proprietary HRIS
  • Payroll processing, disbursement of salaries & other benefits, statutory deductions & deposits etc. are managed with topmost priority
  • On resignation, the employee is taken through all paper work pertaining to withdrawal/ transfer of PF, ESIC, Gratuity & other such statutory, full & final salary settlements, experience letters etc.
