Scope of work
- To start, we audit all mandatory licences & permissions required by the principal employer
- New joiners, who are either fresh recruits or are transferred from the principal employer are taken through the joining process where all formalities with respect to paper work & documentation is completed. Employees are also oriented towards their benefits & entitlements.
- All operational work such as attendance, paid & unpaid leaves, loans, salary advances etc. are managed by our specialists. All records are kept in a soft copy format through our proprietary HRIS
- Payroll processing, disbursement of salaries & other benefits, statutory deductions & deposits etc. are managed with topmost priority
- On resignation, the employee is taken through all paper work pertaining to withdrawal/ transfer of PF, ESIC, Gratuity & other such statutory, full & final salary settlements, experience letters etc.
